Teach a Class
If you would like to teach a short class, during the upcoming show
at Curtis (Nov. and Dec.2024), please let me know right away as
they are setting the class list right now. Curtis has a
great classroom with electric plugs available. You would
have to furnish the materials and, if teaching fusing, fuse
the pieces together.
They have a ceramic kiln, but not a glass kiln. This is a
great opportunity to mix teaching a craft with a show. Also,
we could do some samples of the different ways glass is made
with photos or tables with pieces on them in various stages
of creating.
Artist Talks
Let me know. Chris Stevenson of Curtis, has also mentioned
Artist’s Talks days. They are so well received and attended.
He will do all the publicity for these events. Let me know
if you are willing to do group artist’s talks on the
weekends or late evenings. I would need to give him all of
this information by August as he starts the publicity then.
