About Our Organization
The Glass Artist's Fellowship was established in 1979 to serve as a forum for glass artists throughout the Front Range. Its purpose was to create opportunities for education, sharing, promotion and friendship.
This has been and continues to be accomplished with seminars, workshops, guest lecturers, and field trips to local studios to experience the varied techniques in art glass.
Originally, the majority of members were stained glass artists, but over the years, the membership has grown and evolved to reflect the dynamic nature of art glass. Our members now include artists in cold, warm and hot glass in equal numbers. Add to this the myriad techniques in each of those areas plus the unique and individual styles of our members and you get a diversity beyond rival.
Our largest annual exhibit, is the winter show at Echters Garden Center.
This is a medium that has captured the hearts and imaginations of us all, please join us!
